For whom

Ages 11-20 years and 21-35 years, 36-60 years, and 60+ years.

Must be eligible to apply for post-secondary school studies. Usually, this means that the applicant already has a secondary school diploma or the equivalent.

Cost

Students must pay tuition costs, but immigrant students are encouraged to apply for merit-based scholarship to help them finance their education.
